Please note that all our products are printed to order. The approximate lead time is 5 days. If there are any delays we will advise you immediately.

The payment method through our online store is via PayPal and includes Visa & Mastercard. For more information visit PayPal. Payments from an invoice or quote include direct bank deposit (EFT), cheque or money order (made payable to Quercus & Co).

We print with the latest digital technology and are confident the colour accuracy between batches is very high. We do not guarantee 100% colour accuracy between different print batches. We reserve the right to change paper stock.
The colour on your monitor, tablet or phone may differ from the actual product.

Orders are shipped by Australia Post to your nominated residential or business address unless advised otherwise. Shipping costs are influenced by the size and weight of the product and your location. Exact shipping costs are calculated in the shopping cart and will be added to the order total before checkout. Orders are despatched within 3 business days. An extra 10 - 15 days should be allowed for delivery outside Australia. Large items such as wall hangings and jumbo wall stamps are delivered by courier and require a physical address not a PO Box.

Every effort is made to quote accurate delivery times. You will receive advice of unexpected changes to our production time via email. We regret that we cannot accept responsibility for transit or other delays outside our control.

In countries other than Australia or New Zealand, your order may be subject to the customs fees, import duties and taxes of the country to which you have your order shipped. These charges are the recipient's responsibility. International delivery times are not guaranteed and are subject to customs clearance delays.

Please ensure deliveries are inspected for obvious transit damage. Claims for damage in transit must be supported by your conditional acceptance of delivery receipt from the courier noting the damage which has occurred. Where deliveries are made to third parties, it is your responsibility to check that the order is supplied to your satisfaction. We cannot accept claims for making, installation or replacement charges where correct supply has not been verified installation.

If you change your mind or simply don’t like the product you purchased online*, you can return it for an exchange, credit or refund - less the shipping cost. (*This refund policy applies only to items purchased online from the Print Shop and not to wallpaper and fabric orders through our main business).

When purchasing from Quercus & Co, card details are transmitted through a secure server using PayPal. Card data is not hosted by Quercus & Co after processing.

Please be assured that Quercus & Co. recognizes the importance of privacy. We will only seek information that is required to conduct our business. Your personal information is collected to enable us to process orders, deliver goods and/ or to inform you of special promotions. If you receive any promotional material from us and do not wish to do so, simply click 'unsubscribe'. Quercus & Co. will not disclose, sell or trade your personal information to any third parties, other than third party suppliers in the delivery of goods you have agreed to, or when legally required.

All Quercus & Co. designs are subject to copyright. This includes but is not limited to: art works, text, images, graphics and logos owned by Quercus & Co. If this is breeched Quercus & Co. will seek further action. The contents of our website are intended solely for your personal, non-commercial use. This site or any portion of this site may not be reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, re-sold or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose that is not permitted by the owners of Quercus & Co.

We place the highest importance on supplying your order correctly and that it is of acceptable quality. If we have supplied it incorrectly or it is of unacceptable quality, we will either replace it with the correct item or refund the full cost of your order plus any costs associated with returning it to us. Refunds/replacements/credits cannot be arranged until we have received and inspected the returned order.

Please check your order your order has been correctly supplied and is of acceptable quality before the wallpaper is installed. We do not accept claims for incorrect wallpaper or unacceptable flaws once the wallpaper is installed.
If your wallpaper has been damaged or lost in transit, and this has been verified by the courier company and in the case of transit damage, noted on the courier receipt you sign when accepting delivery, we will either replace your order or refund the cost of your order plus shipping.
Our liability is limited to the original invoice value of the wallpaper. We do not accept liability for any consequential loss including but not limited to installation costs, additional building costs, delivery charges or other loss of profit
