TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Quercus & Co. Pty Ltd services and products are provided subject to the following terms and conditions. Please ensure that you read the following carefully as it will be deemed that you have accepted these terms by visiting our site and purchasing from Quercus & Co.
LEAD TIMES
Please note that all our wallpapers are printed to order. Approximate lead times are between 2 - 3 weeks, however if there are any delays we will advise you immediately of revised lead times and give you the opportunity to choose from the following options: cancel your order with full refund or a credit note to the value of your order.
ORDERING
You can order swatches and 10m rolls online or you can request a quote and we’ll send you an invoice.
PAYMENT TERMS
The payment method through our online store is via PayPal and includes Visa & Mastercard. For more information visit PayPal. Payments from an invoice or quote we send you include direct bank deposit (EFT), Mastercard, Visa, cheque or money order (made payable to Quercus & Co.). Your quoted order will not be printed until you have paid a 50% deposit. Full payment is required before the wallpaper is despatched from our studio. For any queries please contact us.
CANCELLATION
Alterations or cancellations of orders must be advised by email or you may call us and follow this with a written confirmation. If your order has not been printed we will refund your deposit, if your order has already been printed we are unable to refund your deposit.
COLOUR ACCURACY & QUALITY ASSURANCE
We print with the latest digital technology and are confident the colour accuracy between batches is very high. However due to the process of any type of printing batches may differ slightly from a swatch, custom sample or the pattern book. We do not guarantee 100% colour accuracy between different print batches. We reserve the right to change paper stock.
DELIVERY AND HANDLING
Delivery and handling charges are free for all Australian addresses.
Orders are normally despatched within 2-3 weeks of receipt of your order.
Orders are delivered by courier to your nominated residential or business delivery address unless advised otherwise and another 3 - 5 days should be allowed for delivery outside Australia.
Delivery advice and courier tracking is emailed to you as soon as orders are despatched from our studio.
Every effort is made to quote accurate delivery times. You will receive advice of unexpected changes to our production time via email. We regret that we cannot accept responsibility for transit or other delays outside our control. Swatches are delivered by Australia Post.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
In countries other than Australia or New Zealand, your order may be subject to the customs fees, import duties and taxes of the country to which you have your order shipped. These charges are the recipient's responsibility.
International delivery times are not guaranteed and are subject to customs clearance delays.
ACCEPTANCE OF DELIVERY
Please ensure deliveries are inspected for obvious transit damage. Claims for damage in transit must be supported by your conditional acceptance of delivery receipt from the courier noting the damage which has occurred.
Where deliveries are made to third parties, it is your responsibility to check that the order is supplied to your satisfaction. We cannot accept claims for making, installation or replacement charges where correct supply has not been verified installation.
PRIVACY
Please be assured that Quercus & Co. recognises the importance of privacy. We will only seek information that is required to conduct our business. Your personal information is collected to enable us to process orders, deliver goods and/ or to inform you of special promotions. If you receive any promotional material from us and do not wish to do so, simply click 'unsubscribe'. Quercus & Co. will not disclose, sell or trade your personal information to any third parties, other than third party suppliers in the delivery of goods you have agreed to, or when legally required.

All Quercus & Co. designs are subject to copyright. This includes but is not limited to: art works, text, images, graphics and logos owned by Quercus & Co. If this is breeched Quercus & Co. will seek further action. The contents of our website are intended solely for your personal, non-commercial use. This site or any portion of this site may not be reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, re-sold or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose that is not permitted by the owners of Quercus & Co.
WALLPAPER SPECIFICATIONS
Wallpapers are sold in 10m rolls or per linear metre (trimmed paper width 72cm). All wallpaper is supplied untrimmed and must be double cut during installation. The best way to calculate how many rolls you need is to ask your paper hanger.
We can provide a quote for linear metres calculated on the dimensions you provide us with, it is essential you double check these dimensions before ordering or confirming a quote. The quote is based on your wall being smooth and plumb, if there is a possibility the wall is askew we advise you to get advice from a professional wallpaper hanger. Custom-sized panels printed to order cannot be returned. Colours shown on your computer monitor are difficult to assess you are advised to order swatches if you wish to confirm colour accuracy.
WARRANTY AND GUARANTEE
We place the highest importance on supplying your order correctly and that it is of acceptable quality. If we have supplied wallpaper incorrectly or it is of unacceptable quality, we will either replace it with the correct wallpaper or refund the full cost of your order plus any costs associated with returning it to us.
Please check your order your order has been correctly supplied and is of acceptable quality before the wallpaper is installed. We do not accept claims for incorrect wallpaper or unacceptable flaws once the wallpaper is installed.
If your wallpaper has been damaged or lost in transit, and this has been verified by the courier company, and in the case of transit damage, noted on the courier receipt you sign when accepting delivery, we will either replace your order or refund the cost of your order plus shipping.
Our liability is limited to the original invoice value of the wallpaper. We do not accept liability for any consequential loss including but not limited to installation costs, additional building costs, delivery charges or other loss of profit.
Refunds/replacements/credits cannot be arranged until we have received and inspected the returned order.
