DELIVERY
When you order through our website, standard delivery and handling charges are free to any address in Australia. (Non-standard delivery such as express will be charged at cost).
Swatches and small quantities are delivered by Australia Post and larger orders are delivered by courier. Deliveries to other countries are by international courier.
Wallpaper orders can only be delivered by courier to residential or business addresses (not PO Boxes).
You can also pick up your wallpaper from our Redfern studio. Please make this clear when you place the order, we’ll contact you when it's ready to arrange a suitable time.
Delivery times
Orders are normally sent out within 2-3 weeks after receipt of deposit. We’ll let you know by email when your order has been despatched and provide you with a courier tracking number. You’ll need to allow 3 - 5 days for delivery within Australia, we'll provide an estimated delivery time for delivery to other countries.
We’ll do the best we can to deliver to you within expected time frames but cannot guarantee these and cannot accept responsibility for delays once your order has left us as these are outside of our control. These may include delays in transit due to courier problems or customs/clearance delays.
Additional charges and requirements for deliveries outside Australia
Your wallpaper order may be subject to the customs fees, import duties and taxes of the country to which your order is shipped. These charges are the recipient's responsibility.
If your goods are damaged or lost in transit
Please check when you receive your order for any obvious damage to the roll/packaging. If there is obvious transit damage please note this on the receipt the courier asks you to sign. Please contact us as soon as possible if you receive damaged goods.
If you have not received your order within the time indicated, you can check the status of your order on the courier website with the tracking number we have provided, or contact us.
As soon as we have verified damage or loss with the courier company, we will replace your order.
